Singh reaffirms NC's determination to resolve Tarai crisis

Nepali Congress (NC) leader, Prakash Man Singh, has reaffirmed his party's serious determination towards finding a resolution to Tarai issues.
Inaugurating the NC's office building at Syangja constituency 3 here today, leader Singh assured that problems in Tarai would be resolved after the three major political parties reach a consensus to address the shortcomings in the new constitution.
The former Deputy Prime Minister also called for cooperation from the major opposition CPN-UML for the same.
Leader Singh held the view that the NC should shoulder the responsibility of enforcing the new national statute which was promulgated under its leadership.
He argued that the need of the hour was to provide an outlet to the complexities concerning the implementation of the new constitution through dialogue rather than resorting to agitation.
